Our Spin classes are designed to challenge your body, strengthen your mind, and leave you feeling empowered long after you step off the bike. Whether you're a seasoned rider or clipping in for the very first time, you'll find an encouraging community, motivating coaches, and workouts that meet you where you are.

What to Expect

Each class combines energizing music, interval-based training, hill climbs, sprints, and endurance work to create a full-body workout that builds cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and mental resilience.

You'll ride at your own pace, controlling your own resistance, making every class as challenging, or as approachable, as you need it to be.

Every ride is different, but you'll always leave feeling accomplished.

Our RIDE Classes are more Classic cycling classes- a great place to start. 

Our SOUL RIDE Classes are Rhythm Based Classes- great to take you cycling to the next level!

Your First Ride

Never taken a Spin class before?

We've got you.

Our instructors will help you:

  • Set up your bike correctly

  • Adjust your seat and handlebars

  • Learn the basic riding positions

  • Understand resistance and cadence

  • Feel comfortable before class even begins

No experience is necessary, we'll guide you every pedal stroke of the way.

What to Bring

  • Water bottle

  • Indoor running shoes or Standard Cycling Clip Shoes  (our pedals are compatible with athletic shoes and clips)

  • Sweat towel (recommended)

  • Comfortable workout clothing

Arrive 10–15 minutes early if it's your first class so we can properly fit your bike.
